• Contact and request data: your name, phone number, vehicle details (make, model, year) and the location you share, when you call, WhatsApp or email us.
• Technical and usage data (only with your consent for statistics): pages viewed, device type (mobile/desktop), referral source, and an anonymous session identifier. We do not collect names, build profiles, or track you across other sites.

• To respond to your request and provide the service — performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• For anonymous traffic statistics, to improve the site — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
• To meet legal obligations (e.g. accounting records, where an invoice is issued) — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• For site security and abuse prevention — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not sell your data. We may share it only with providers who help us operate the service, as processors or independent controllers:
