We provide mobile emergency auto locksmith services: damage-free car unlocking, cutting and programming chip keys and transponders, extracting broken keys, ignition and lock repair, and related services, in Bucharest and Ilfov county and, by appointment, in towns in neighbouring counties.

The website is informational. No contracts are concluded and no payments are taken online; requests are made by phone, WhatsApp or email, and the service is performed on site.

By requesting a service you declare that you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorised by the owner to request it. We may ask, before or during the intervention, for proof of ownership or of your right to deal with the vehicle (e.g. registration certificate, ID).

We reserve the right to refuse or stop the intervention if there is a reasonable suspicion about the legitimacy of the request.

The price of each intervention is communicated and agreed before work starts, based on the type of service, the vehicle make and model, and the complexity of the case. Payment is made on site, after the service is performed, by the means accepted and communicated at the time.

For services performed on an emergency basis, at the customer's express request and carried out immediately, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (GEO 34/2014, implementing Directive 2011/83/EU) does not apply once the service has been fully performed, per the legal exceptions. By requesting immediate service, the customer acknowledges this.

We warrant the work performed under the conditions stated at the time (typically 12 months for keys we cut and program, under normal use). The warranty does not cover faults caused by misuse, subsequent third-party intervention, or normal wear.

We perform services with professional care, using appropriate equipment to avoid damaging the vehicle. We are not liable for indirect damages or for pre-existing vehicle faults not attributable to us. Website information is provided “as is”, for general guidance, and may change without notice.

The website content (text, trademarks, logo, graphics, code) belongs to PierdutCheie Lăcătuș SRL or its partners and is protected by law. It may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent, except for reasonable personal use.

These terms are governed by Romanian law and any disputes are settled by the competent Romanian courts. We may update these terms; the applicable version is the one published on the site at the time the service is requested.
